Hi, I’m Angela
I am a wife, a mother, a sister, a daughter, a friend and a therapist who has walked through the hardships of postpartum and has helped loved ones work through the struggles of parenthood.
Over a decade, I’ve supported my sister through the ups and downs that are linked to being a new mom, a parent to toddlers, and now a parent to pre-teens. I’ve listened, empathized, and validated all the feelings and thoughts that have come up through each childhood stage. I’ve helped her find tools and techniques that work best for her.
Throughout the years in my personal and professional life, I’ve realized I love empowering mothers. You are more than just a mom; you are a partner, a career woman, and an individual. Moms hold many different hats in their day-to-day lives. I am here to help you find balance in your busy schedule, help you feel less overwhelmed, help you stop the anxious thoughts and help you find yourself.
Through my own journey to motherhood, I struggled emotionally and physically in the postpartum period. As a new mom, you cry a lot, you question your abilities, you grieve your identity, and you feel lost and overwhelmed. You can have a great support system but still feel alone. The postpartum stage is crucial. I know what it feels like to be so happy with your newborn and also to feel sad at the same time. It’s okay. That’s part of the process. You are not alone.
Let’s walk this journey together to help ease your anxious thoughts, find ways for you to feel less sad, and find ways to bring parts of your old self and new self together. Because mama, you matter!
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health therapist that offers telehealth services in to women who are pregnant, in postpartum, and have children of all ages. My telehealth services are for those who reside in California.
